On 20th August 2014, three JA Resorts & Hotels properties' were listed on the exclusive, consumer-centric Expedia Insiders' Select Award 2014.
Expedia Insiders' Select is a yearly accolade where the top 0.2% of international hotels is recognised by travelers as the best overall experience and value. The awards are selected based on more than two million reviews and the Expedia customer satisfaction index such as consistent delivery of superior services, exceptional guest experience and value for money. With an average score of 4.5 out of 5, the family friendly JA Jebel Ali Beach Hotel and stunning JA Palm Tree Court were featured on this list of top hotels and resorts worldwide. The deluxe hotel apartment JA Oasis Beach Tower, with a guest rating of 4.8 out of 5, was the third JA Resorts & Hotels property to be included in the top 650 chosen hotels on a website that is host to more than 240,000. Only two other international hotel chains received three awards each and only 19 hotels were selected from the entire UAE region. The teams were thrilled to receive their awards from Expedia representatives, Katrin Herrle and Sverre Christiansen.
On a further congratulatory note, JA Oasis Beach Tower located on The Walk JBR, is among one of the top rated hotels on HolidayCheck.com, Europe's leading German-speaking hotel travel platform with 25 million visits each month. JA Oasis Beach Tower has an average rating of 5.6 on 6 and a 93% recommendation level on the website. The property received the Quality Selection Certificate 2014 and was selected based on its popularity with guests looking for a perfect 'home away from home' holiday experience on HolidayCheck.com

JA Ocean View Hotel, the group's second beach facing property on The Walk JBR, received the HolidayCheck Award earlier this year falling into a list of Most Popular Hotels Worldwide. Presented at ITB Berlin, the award was given to properties based on more than 980,000 hotel reviews on HolidayCheck.com and only 17 hotels were selected from the UAE region.
