Dubai, July 25th, 2007: Hircon International announced that 90% of the residential apartments for 23 Marina have been sold, with a 50% price appreciation since this luxury tower's launch in March 2005. 

According to Mr. Darshan Hiranandani, Director, Hircon International, "This product has created a new market for high-rise living. Its sales numbers are a testament to the products acceptance and appreciation and have been able to attract a large number of end users. A majority of the apartment buyers are high end, affluent expatriates from India, GCC and Europe who have made the purchase with an intention to live in this 90 storey tower."

Mr. Abid Junaid, Executive Director, ETA Star commented on the same, "From a sales point of view, this is a major achievement for us since 23 Marina is the first project for Hircon International in the UAE. This accomplishment can be attributed to the project's attention to minute detail which provides a more enhanced and complete living experience for apartment owners."

Construction of 23 Marina has been on schedule and upon completion in mid 2009, willl be the world's tallest exclusive residential building, measuring more than 380 meters high. With 288 apartments and 3 penthouses on the top of the tower, will feature two and three bedroom apartments as well as four bedroom duplexes ranging from 1709 sq ft to 5775 sq ft. Prices start from AED 1,700,000 for the two bedroom units from the 8th to 31st floors and increase to AED 8,500,000 for the duplexes from the 62nd to 85th floors.

A first in Dubai, 23 Marina boasts having 48 exclusive duplex apartments located on the top 24 floors, each with its own private plunge pool, Jacuzzi and internal elevator, bringing luxury living to the next level. In addition, the tower's entrance will feature a 6 storey high lobby with panoramic elevators. Three luxurious penthouses adorn the topmost level of the tower with a 64 meters high steel pineal erected from the roof making it an architectural marvel. 23 Marina received the prestigious "CNBC Arabian Property Award" for Best Architecture in 2006.

Other amenities include concierge services, landscaped gardens, jogging track and a temperature controlled swimming pool. There are leisure decks at three levels, a business floor and a coffee parlor, exclusively for residents of the tower. Apart from this, 23 Marina will also feature 55 pools, 61 elevators and 8 levels of car parks.

On the construction front, the 3 meter thick raft comprising of nearly 7,500 cubic meters of concrete and 1000 metric tones of reinforcement steel is completed after substructure package. Basement 4, 3 and 2 slabs were completed in June 2007 and ground floor foot print was casted on 24th July 07. Further as of the day retaining wall all around is in progress and the core walls are up above by 3 floors by way of slip form work. Utmost caution is being exercised for safety measures complying with UAE and International Standards.

Couple of projects is in pipeline from Hircon International and at least one more iconic masterpiece will be launched in a few months time.
