Cairo – Mubasher: Beltone Financial Holding witnessed two deals during Tuesday’s trading session.

Zeta Investment Ltd. raised its stake in Beltone to 5.004% from 2.6%, according to a bourse disclosure on Tuesday.

The transaction involved the purchase of 2.3 million shares for EGP 9.2 million, averaging EGP 4 apiece.

Moreover, the shareholder Abdel Latif Mahmoud Abdel Latif Mahgoub increased his stake to 5.144% from 0.78% after buying 19.43 million shares for EGP 78.38 million or EGP 4.03 apiece.

During the first quarter (Q1) of 2021, Beltone Financial Holding turned to net profits of EGP 3.803 million, against net losses of EGP 8.44 million in Q1-20, including minority shareholders’ rights.
