TOKYO- Japan's Cosmo Oil, a unit of Cosmo Energy Holdings Co Ltd, restarted the 75,000 barrels per day (bpd) No.1 crude distillation unit (CDU) at the Chiba refinery on Dec. 2 after planned maintenance, a company spokeswoman said on Tuesday.
The unit had been shut since Oct. 3.
