However, Ebtikar appointed EFG Hermes as a financial advisor to study the best options, and to make a trade-off between listing on the Egyptian Exchange or selling a share to an investor.
EFG Hermes said in a separate statement it was assigned to explore the possible listing of Ebtikar or its subsidiaries on EGX.
MTI and B Investments hold 49.9% and 20.3%, respectively, in Ebtikar.
