Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Education has signed 41 cooperation agreements, in addition to signing 7 executive programmes in the field of higher education and scientific research with Tunisia, Egypt, Japan, Qatar, Jordan, Pakistan and Indonesia.

The ministry is keen to strengthen the relations with the various international and regional organisations related to education through Saudi National Commission for Education, Culture and Science, as well as the relations with non-profit organizations and international education groups, Dr Saleh bin Ibrahim Al-Qasoumi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education was quoted as saying by Saudi Press Agency (SPA).

Dr Al-Qasoumi indicated that educational interests in the countries of the world are currently focused on recovery plans and readiness to return to schools after the Coronavirus pandemic, in addition to strengthening educational skills and knowledge.
