KUWAIT CITY: The Ministry of Health has called on Kuwaitis and Expats not to travel at this time due to an increase in infections with the coronavirus.

The Ministry of Health has confirmed to all those arriving in Kuwait from seven countries should follow preventive health procedures and guidelines and adhere compulsory home quarantine for a period of two weeks from the date of their departure from these countries ( India, Bangladesh, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Syria, Lebanon and Egypt )

The Kuwaiti Council of Ministers earlier decided in its extraordinary meeting on Friday to stop all flights coming from and leaving to Bangladesh, the Philippines, India, Sri Lanka, Syria, Lebanon and Egypt for a period of one week.
