The Italian cruise ship 'AIDAbella' with 1,104 tourists on board docked at Port of Salalah on Saturday, a media report said, adding that the ship came as part of the tourism programme for a number of world ports.

The tourists visited Museum of Frankincense Land, Al Baleed Archaeological Park and Archaeological Site and Samharam Archaeological Park and popular markets in Salalah, reported Times of Oman.

'AIDAbella' came from the Suez Canal and heads to the United Arab Emirates. It is the first cruise ship to visit Salalah Port since the outbreak of the Coronavirus pandemic last year, the report said.
