Flight EK030 has to be diverted to Kuwait after a passenger was being unresponsive. After landing in Kuwait, the passenger was met by a medical team and taken to a hospital for care.
However, the passenger was pronounced dead by the hospital.
"Emirates flight EK030 from London to Dubai on4th December 2017, was diverted to Kuwait due to a passenger being unresponsive," Emirates said in a statement to Khaleej Times.
"Upon arrival in Kuwait, passenger was met by the medical team and taken to the hospital and was later pronounced dead."
"The flight continued to the destination. Emirates expresses its condolences to the passenger's family," the statement added.
