ArabFinance: Seven hotels in South Sinai governorate have received the health certificates from the tourism and health ministries as well as the Egyptian Hotel Association, according to a June 7th announcement.
Located in Dahab, the tourism facilities are Tirana Dahab Resort, Dahab Swiss Inn Resort, Dahab Bay View Resort and Spa, Happy Life, Rocketa Hotel Dahab, Dyarna Dahab Hotel, and Coral Coast Hotel Dahab.
The hotels can now reopen after being closed due to the outbreak of COVID-19 in the country.
Assistant Minister of Tourism and Antiquities Abdel Fattah el Assi said that a total of 132 hotels reopened until the moment.
On June 3rd, the ministry announced the reopening of 14 hotels in five governorates.
Meanwhile, 10 hotels in four cities resumed their operations in May.
