Bahrain yesterday registered 126 new Covid-19 cases, alongside 220 recoveries and no fatalities.
The Health Ministry revealed that of the 126 new cases, 45 were expatriate workers, 73 contacts of local cases and eight travel-related.
It said an additional 220 people recovered from Covid-19, taking the total recoveries to 82,900.
Of the 1,771 active cases, 34 were receiving treatment and 16 in critical condition.
Bahrain has so far registered 85,008 cases and has conducted 1,924,122 tests.
