Riyadh -  The Saudi Ministry of Justice signed an agreement with the Entrustment and Liquidation Center (infath) under which the latter will provide sales and liquidation services and process all executive orders through commissioning entities from the private sector.

The collaboration aims to speed up the fulfilment of rights, improve the quality of judicial auctions, and facilitate the liquidation process, according to a statement on Wednesday.

It is noteworthy that the infath centre is an independent governmental centre that seeks to build cooperation between the judicial and governmental entities. It was established to keep pace with the current Saudi development in the legal and economic structures.
