UAE - The Public Services Department in Ras Al Khaimah has launched a new initiative offering discount on general fines throughout the holy month of Ramadan.
According to a statement issued on social media, the department said that the initiative comes as part of its efforts to bring happiness to its customers and community members during the holy month.
