KUWAIT CITY - Director General of the Public Authority for Manpower (PAM) Ahmad Al-Mousa issued an administrative circular regarding the postponement of the implementation of the decision on requiring employers to submit the certificate of transferring salaries to local financial institutions, reports Al- Anba daily.
The daily obtained a copy of the circular stating that employers are allowed to complete transactions related to the issuance, renewal and transfer of work permits without attaching the salary transfer certificate until further notice.
