ArabFinance: Egypt's interior ministry prolonged the deadline for installing data stickers on all vehicles' windshields to November 21st, according to a recent statement.
The announcement came eight days ahead of the previously set deadline.
The ministry called on vehicle owners to head to traffic administration offices to get the electronic car stickers.
The stickers, which include a SIM card that holds the vehicle's data, can be read by special infrared devices at traffic lights and by traffic officers.
