ArabFinance: In cooperation with the River Transport Authority (RTA), Nile Badrawi Hospital and the heirs of Engineer Hassan Badwari signed with Cleopatra Hospital Group S.A.E. (CLHO) a final agreement to settle the disputes in regards with Nile Badrawi Hospital's land.

Under the agreement, the RTA and Nile Badrawi Hospital will drop the lawsuits that filed against each other regarding the land, according to bourse filing.

The settlement value, which amounts to EGP 36 million, is listed under previously allocated amounts from the sale of Nile Badrawi Hospital's shares, the hospital said. It also pointed out that negotiations are undergoing with sellers of Nile Badrawi Hospital's shares for final settlement.
