The Export Development Bank of Egypt (Ebank) saw a 116.2% year-on-year (YoY) increase in its consolidated net profits after minority interests in 2022, reaching EGP 1.320 billion from EGP 610.934 million a year earlier, the lender said in a bourse filing on February 28th.

Net interest income amounted to about EGP 3.195 billion last year, compared to EGP 1.993 billion in 2021.

Meanwhile, standalone profits surged to EGP 1.228 billion in 2022, from EGP 501.381 million in the prior year.
