Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi directed to improve the tourism experience in Egypt in all aspects, including promoting integration of the tourism and aviation sectors in a way that maximizes the added value of the unique tourism and cultural potential of the country, the Egyptian presidency stated on March 21st.

The president also ordered to increase the utilization of the infrastructure of airports, hotels, and tourist destinations that have been built and modernized throughout the country during the past years, within an integrated and comprehensive development framework.

This came during a meeting headed by El-Sisi, in the presence of Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly, Finance Minister Mohamed Maait, Minister of Civil Aviation Mohamed Abbas, and Minister of Tourism and Antiquities Ahmed Issa, to review projects in the civil aviation and tourism sectors.

The meeting reviewed the latest efforts to develop the civil aviation sector and enhance Egypt’s tourism attraction in order to increases revenues from the sector.
