The Egyptian Exchange has issued decree No. 617 of 2021, which requires small- and medium-sized companies listed on the Tamayoz index to appoint an accredited nominated adviser within a week starting August 24th until August 31st, according to a statement.

The deadline for appointing a nominated advisor has been extended to August 31st as per decree No. 515 of 2021.

The new decree No. 617 requires listed SMEs to provide a copy of the signed contract with the nominated advisor within the granted period, which starts on Tuesday, August 24th.
