UAE-based W Capital Real Estate Brokerage is organising a month-long real estate exhibition at Al Ain in co-ordination with Binghatti Developers to promote its key projects.

W Capital said the ongoing exhibition is exclusive to all Binghatti projects, with special focus on its Binghatti Avenue and Millennium Binghatti Residences projects.
 
The real estate development arm of Binghatti Holding currently manages more than 40 projects worth more than Dh3.5 billion across the UAE, including its strategic partnership with Millennium Hotels and Resorts.
It has a major presence in Dubai including at prime localities such as Business Bay, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Al Jaddaf, Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Village Circle.
It also operates in Liwan and Dubailand Residence complex in addition to a huge commercial project in Dubai covering an area of ??one million square feet.
 
"This exhibition is one of the important events that W Capital organises periodically, and it is of highest priority on our local real estate agenda, as it is a high-end platform for marketing important real estate projects with access to different investors category," remarked its Chairman Walid Al Zarouni.
 
"W Capital is working on marketing all categories of real estate, such as projects aimed at people with middle and limited incomes, to projects and luxury complexes," he added.
Al Zarouni said it had recently reached an agreement with the Dubai developer to promote and market the Binghatti Avenue project, located at Al Jadaf area in Dubai Healthcare City.
Under this deal, a special 25% discount is being offered to the buyers of residential units at the Binghatti Avenue during the month-long expo. Also the buyers will get a chance to enter a draw to win a Nissan Patrol 2020 model.-TradeArabia News Service
