Manama, Nov. 7 (BNA): Bahrain SME Society today participated in the second Bahrain Franchise and Dine Expo held under the patronage of Capital Governor Shaikh Hisham bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa.


Start Event Managemen and Middle East & North Africa Menafa Franchise Association organized the event with the participation of government and private institutions and local media.


SME Society Chairman Ahmed Sabah Al Saloum stressed the Societys support for Bahraini trademarks to expand regionally and globally. He said the national aptitudes are capable to turn that into reality, noting that the hospitality sector, in particular, has better opportunities to achieve the expansion.

He highlighted Bahrain's growing interest in entrepreneurship and small enterprises in recent years, in implementation of the directives of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to issue legislation and laws to protect and support small businesses.
