RIYADH, 26 March 2007 -- LG Electronics International (LG), a leader in consumer electronics and mobile communications, intends to expand its cooperation with the publications of Saudi Research & Publishing Company (SPRC) in advertising and marketing.
The South Korean company is already a major advertiser in SRPC publications.
As part of LG's efforts to strengthen its cooperation with SRPC, a delegation from the company composed of Hwan-yong Nho, president of the air-conditioning division, and Ki Wan Kim, president, Middle East & Africa Operations, visited the headquarters of Saudi Research & Marketing Group (SRMG) in Riyadh.
The LG executives met Prince Faisal ibn Salman, chairman of SRMG, and spoke about the company's investment and expansion plans for the Middle East. They also expressed LG's intent to increase advertisements in SRPC publications.
Prince Faisal briefed his guests on the company's daily and weekly publications and its future projects. Hussein Ghazi Shaker, chief executive officer of LG Saudi Arabia, was also present.
Dr. Azzam Al-Dakhil, deputy CEO of SRMG, escorted the LG officials on a tour of the editorial departments of SRPC publications in Riyadh.
