Dubai records over $571.8mln in realty transactions Thursday

Dubai real estate market recorded 635 sales transactions worth AED1.56 billion, in addition to 107 mortgage deals of AED505.91 million, and 31 gift deals amounting to AED69.08 million on Thursday, data released by Dubai's Land Department (DLD) showed.

The sales included 598 villas and apartments worth AED1.32 billion, and 37 land plots worth AED237.79 million. The mortgages included 83 villas and apartments worth AED467.04 million and 24 land plots valued at AED38.87 million, bringing the total realty transactions of today to over AED2.1 billion.
