Doha: Qatar Fuel (WOQOD) and the Italian company Romatre Project S R L for Architecture and Civil Engineering have signed a contract for engineering consultancy and site supervision of WOQOD's Tower.

Romatre Project will be in charge of producing a comprehensive design package for the construction of WOQOD's tower in Al Dafna area.

Mohamed Khalifa Turki Al Sobai, Woqod's Vice-Chairman and Eng Ibrahim Munjed, Managing Director of Romatre signed the contract at Woqod's Headquarters last Sunday, March 12.

Romatre will prepare the complete tender documents for the Tower which will comprise 30 floors, 3 basements for car parking and a Mezzanine floor. The WOQOD Tower is expected to be completed by June 2008.
