BAGHDAD: Iraq's Parliament is scheduled to witness in its session today (Saturday) the discussion of the government's program for the Ministries of Finance, Planning, Higher Education & Scientific Research and Trade, along with the second reading of the draft-law to adjust the Law on  the University Service, according to the Parliament's Media Source.

"Today's session will include the 2nd reading for the 1st adjustment of the University Service Law No. 23 for 2008, presented by the Parliament's Higher Education Committee, as well as the discussion of the government's program with the Ministers of Finance, Higher Education & Scientific Research, Planning and Trade," the source told Aswat al-Iraq news agency. The Parliament's session today (Saturday), chaired by  the Parliament's Speaker, Usama al-Nujiefy, has in attendance 227 of the Parliament's 325 members.
