Dubai, 13 Sept. 2013 (WAM) - Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum today offered condolences to the family of the late Ahmed bin Hadi Masoud Al Hababi in Dubai's Zabeel area.
