Vienna, (SANA) - The Initiative of the Liberal Austrian Moslems revealed that hundreds of extremist terrorists from Austria in particular and Europe in general are recruited for destroying Syria since the eruption of the war in the country.
The Initiative pointed out to the increasing extremist calls for participating in the so-called 'Jihad in Syria' with support of all western intelligence agencies , as terrorists, on top of them al-Qaeda fighters, are sent through Turkey to Syria.
In a statement, the Initiative said that dozens of Chechens and Egyptians have left Vienna to Syria , pointing out that some of them were killed while others have turned back to the country.
It called the Austrian government to take the toughest punishments against them, warn their families and expel them out of state.
The Initiative denounced information on training terrorists and fundamentalists in forests near Vienna in secret, considering that as controversial and astonishing at the same time.
It warned Europe, particularly Austria, of the growing extremism and the danger of terrorists' turning back from Syria after developing fighting skills and experience in manufacturing explosives, which may threat the European communities.
The Initiative stressed on the importance that Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution and Counterterrorism in Vienna set strict measures for preserving peace and security in Austria in the face of terrorism, "which will threat the country and the whole continent soon."
