KUWAIT, June 19 (KUNA) -- Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Ali Fahad Al-Rashed said Sunday the cabinet approved a draft bill to restructure the governing committee of Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE).
Speaking to KUNA after the weekly cabinet meeting, the minister said: "The new lineup of the committee is as follows; Hamed Al-Saif - KSE director; and Dawood Al Sabej and Khaled Al-Rubai'aan - deputy directors representing the ministries of Commerce and Industry, and Finance respectively." "The committee, chaired by Minister of Commerce and Industry, also includes representative of the Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK) Youssef Al-Obaid, Osama Al-Nisf, Anas Al-Saleh, Rabbah Al-Rabbah and Tareq Al-Shihab from Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI), and the two technocrats Hisham Al-Otaibi and Ibrahim Al-Qadhi," Al-Rashed added.
