Dubai, Dec 19th, 2010 (WAM) -- Hundreds of film buffs flocked to the Walk at Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), a Dubai Properties Group destination, when the popular venue hosted the screening of the Egyptian film Microphone on 18 December. The screening was part of the Dubai International Film Festivals Rhythm and Reels event at The Walk.
Produced in 2010, Microphone is a recent Egyptian movie directed and written by Ahmad Abdalla. The screening of the movie was followed by a live performance from the Egyptian band Massar Egbari playing modern oriental music. Rhythm and Reels at The Walk celebrates the mutual relationship between film and music.
