InterContinental Hotels Group has designed for Holiday Inn Hotels worldwide the second version of the "Stay Real-Be You-Brand Hearted Programme" meant to offer the best quality service to the guests. The second version was presented by Holiday Inn Resort Dead Sea at a staff forum. Area General Manager Jean Baptiste Pigeon and guest experience champions (GEC) head Abeer Taha, supported by hotel manager Jan Huepers, human resources head Safa Al Raie and training coordinator Ahmad Abdul Hadi. During the presentation, employees who maintained best services to guests by going an extra mile in services, and who received letters of thanks from guests, were honoured and awarded valuable gifts for their dedication. The area general manager stressed that the programme focuses on the behaviour service cycle of employees in order to be able to deliver a memorable stay to guests.
