MUSCAT -- Bank Muscat has increased the daily limit for mobile banking (mBanking) fund transfer to Bank Muscat accounts from RO 1,000 to RO 2,500 with a maximum transaction limit of 5 transactions (within the overall daily limit of RO 2,500). For fund transfer between one's own Bank Muscat accounts, customers have a higher maximum daily limit of RO 5,000 or 5 transactions per day. Customers can also pay their bills for credit cards, electricity, water, telephone, GSM, Nawras Ajel/top-up, school fees etc. using mBanking with a maximum daily limit of RO 1,000 or five transactions per day. The enhancement of fund transfer limit provides mBanking customers a unique facility to transfer funds in real time to registered beneficiaries. Driven by the latest technological features offering a wide range of banking options, mBanking allows Bank Muscat customers to bank at convenience from 'anywhere, anytime'.
