Almoayed Group yesterday announced that it will provide consultancy services to Pension Funds Commission (PFC) to put in place a comprehensive Information Security Management System.
The deal highlights the importance of implementing a world class Certification on Information Security in PFC, thereby setting a benchmark across all the government organisations in Bahrain. Pension Funds Commission understands the challenges of the e-information where data breaches and information related risks are of paramount importance. With this objective in mind, PFC has partnered with Almoayed Group and Paladion Networks (Globally acclaimed Information Security firm) to develop and implement Information Security Management System based on internationally recognised ISO 27001 Standard and Certification.
The Pension Funds Commission will continue to take all the measures to insure that the electronic data provided to citizens and government employees is secured and kept private at all levels of communication.
This deal will compliment the e-Governance objectives of Kingdom of Bahrain to provide secure, reliable, effective and efficient services to citizens.
