AMMAN (JT) — In an effort to continue assisting the Iraqi people to rebuild their country, the Amman World Trade Centre (AWTC) and JABA, the American Chamber of Commerce in Jordan, will jointly hold a Rebuilding Iraq Conference as a conclusion to the Second Rebuilding Iraq Exhibition. The exhibition will take place from March 17-22 at the Amman International Motor Show with the conference taking place from March 21-22.
The conference aims at providing participants with information on the Iraqi Programme Management Office prime contracts, present opportunities for subcontractors with focus on networking during the conference.
The Second Rebuilding Iraq Conference is expected to bring together key businesspeople from Iraq, Jordan, the United States and 22 countries to learn about the opportunities and challenges of doing business in Iraq today. Through the speakers and contacts at the conference, participants will develop a comprehensive understanding of future business opportunities and help develop long-term strategies for the sustainable development and expansion of Iraqi projects.
