Al Ghurair Properties has signed an agreement with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts to operate a new hotel under the Ramada by Wyndham brand in Deira, Dubai.
The hotel recently completed a multi-million renovation of all its facilities, including food and beverage (F&B) venues, rooms, technological infrastructure, and public areas.
The hotel features 173 rooms and suites, two F&B venues, and a rooftop pool. It is slated to open later this month.
Al Ghurair Hospitality’s head of hospitality, Ahmed El-Bassyouni said: “We are delighted to see the continuing growth of our hospitality portfolio with the addition of such a well known and loved international hotel brand as Ramada by Wyndham. Visitors from across the world to Dubai will enjoy the comfort and re-assurance of a global hotel brand they are familiar with and the latest modern hospitality, coupled with a location in Dubai’s historical and cultural district of Deira."
