Al-Babtain Power & Telecommunication Co., the leader in engineering & manufacturing sector, announced the testing of multi circuit tower for a prestigious project of Iran at its Testing Station in Riyadh. The test was successfully carried out for 230/63 KV - 4 circuit tower type "T4A30" with 49 load points. Testing of towers provides an added advantage in pre-qualification of the technical capabilities. "At present, Al-Babtain is under discussion with leading companies in the region for testing of multi-circuit towers for other projects", its General Manager Abdul Aziz Alwohaibi said. Commissioned in 1991, Al-Babtain Tower Testing Station is a unique facility in the Middle East, to carry out the testing of overhead transmission structures.
