Dubai Properties (DP) on Monday launched a new series of residential villas designed to tap into the growing market for larger family-style units.
The new residential unites of La Quinta, which is the second phase of DP's Villanova residential master community in Dubailand, will include villas with up to five bedrooms, DP said in a statement.
“La Quinta is a residential neighbourhood that is specifically designed to accommodate larger families who require in excess of three bedrooms," Masood Al Awar, chief commercial officer at DP, was quoted as saying.
"We have seen a strong demand for this category of family homes," he added.
The size of the new units range from between 2,204 to 3,863 square foot. La Quinta will also offer two to three shaded car parks per villa, as well as outdoor and garden areas.
The launch is part of DP's wider Villanova project, which includes 150-250 units surrounded by retail and restaurants venues along with mosques and children's play areas.
DP holds a diverse real estate portfolio in Dubai, including residential and commercial developments, such as the popular residential towers of Jumeirah Beach Residence and mixed-use developments in the Business Bay Area.
