Amman - President of the University of Jordan (UJ) Adel Tweisi on Monday discussed with the new Chinese Cultural Attache means of boosting ties between the UJ and Chinese universities.
During the meeting, both sides expressed their interest to expand bilateral scientific and research cooperation and exchange expertise, especially in the field of language teaching.
Tweisi briefed the Chinese official on the university's development and its approach to become a research university by 2015.
The Cultural Attache hailed the UJ's achievements and called for boosting bilateral cooperation.
