Saudi developer Tanmiyat will showcase its projects - Ajman Marina and Living Legends - at this year's Cityscape Dubai, said a top executive of the company.
"Despite the difficult year that the region's real estate sector has had, we believe it is important to continue being active in industry exhibitions. We need to keep communicating to sector specialists and the public about where things stand," said Wan Hasni, Advisor in Charge of Tanmiyat.
Rohan Marwaha, Managing Director of Cityscape and Managing Director of IIR Saudi Arabia, said: "This year has been a challenging year for the real estate industry and we hope this year's event is as fruitful as it has been in the past," said Marwaha.
Earlier this month, Emirate Business reported that Tanmiyat revised the payment plan for its Dh2.7 billion Living Legends project at Dubailand.
