MUSCAT -- Suhail Bahwan Automobiles, the exclusive dealer for Nissan in Oman, has once again been recognised as a 'Nissan Champion Distributor' by Nissan Motor Company Ltd, Japan.

The award was conferred to Suhail Bahwan Automobiles for achieving 'excellent performance and demonstrating outstanding operational quality improvements'. Suhail Bahwan Automobiles had got this award consecutively for the last two years also. This unique award institutionalised by Nissan, Japan is conferred to distributors who deliver outstanding performance and is selected from across the globe once in a year.

Nissan's appreciation of Suhail Bahwan Automobiles for the award includes several factors like achievement of business objectives, year-on-year performance enhancement, technical and sales training and all aspects of customer relationship management.

Managing a spectrum of models that targets every stratum of customers - from the popular to the premium and from sedans to SUVs and sports models - involves building in technical competence of an extraordinary order. Services and spare parts availability, through a well spread-out network, entailed extensive investments in manpower, methods, and a mindset that places customer satisfaction right on top.
