Abu Dhabi, April 26th, 2012 (WAM) -- The Municipality of Abu Dhabi City participated in the Career Fair, organized by the Higher Colleges of Technology in Abu Dhabi; offering a range of technical and administrative vacancies to competent Emirati job seekers aspiring for suitable placements in an appropriate working environment.
Mohammed Sagheer Al Dhahri, Executive Director of Support Services Sector for Human Resource Affairs, said: "The Municipality's participation in the Career Fair comes in the context of its strategy aimed at attracting male and female graduates specialized in engineering and administrative capacities, with the aim of recruiting them at the Municipality and open up career prospects for them. "The Abu Dhabi Municipality is keen on enhancing the cooperation and integration with educational institutions, colleges and varsities under its vision based on capitalizing on the qualified and competent Emiratis to enrich the Municipality with national cadres as a clear demonstration of the Emiratization policy and achieving highest rates in this regard."Reflecting on this, Mohammed Khalfan Al Rumaithi, Director of Human Resources at the Municipality of Abu Dhabi City, said that the Municipality has set up a pavilion at the Career Fair, dedicated to receive job applications from male and female graduates and also via its website www.adm.gov.ae during the Fair. He explained that the Municipality of Abu Dhabi City had also booked a hall for receiving graduates eligible for employment in terms of qualifications and capabilities, where they were screened and short-listed through direct & instant interviews arranged in order to complete the formalities of their recruitment in vacancies befitting their qualifications and practical experience.Copyright Emirates News Agency (WAM) 2012.
