Dubai - Mashreq, one of the leading financial institutions in the UAE, has won the Gallup Great Workplace Award 2015 - putting it in an elite group of just 40 workplaces in the world that have been recognized by the accolade for this year. This is the second year in succession that the award has been received by Mashreq, having been named as one of the top workplaces of 2014. Like in 2014, Mashreq remains the only financial services institution in the Middle East to receive this accolade.

The news that Mashreq is again a best-in-class global employer comes shortly after it announced record financial results - a 13% year-on-year increase in net profit in the first quarter of 2014 to AED 651 million bears testament to the ability of an highly engaged workforce to deliver market-leading results.

The Gallup Great Workplace Award was created to recognize excellent companies for extraordinary ability to create an engaged workplace culture.
