BAGHDAD--The Iraqi Grain Board, a state-run entity, has bought 100,000 metric tons of Thai rice for delivery in December, head of the board said Friday.

Hassan Ismael Ibrahim said some 70,000 tons of rice were purchased from Olam International Ltd.(032.SG) at around $604/ton CIF, and the remaining 30,000 tons were bought from Louis Dreyfus at around 601/ton CIF.
