Abu Dhabi - (Thursday 29 March 2012) The Abu Dhabi Marine Operating Company (ADMA-OPCO) honored its long serving employees at the company's Headquarters on Monday.

The ceremony was attended by the senior management, divisional managers, team and section leaders and company employees.

The ceremony is a traditional platform to thank 'old timers' for their continuous years of service with the company and their ongoing contribution to ADMA-OPCO's success.

A total of 207 employees received awards marking 45, 40, 35, 30, 35, 20, 15 and 10 years' service. The Chief Executive Officer Ali Rashid Al-Jarwan and Senior Vice Presidents presented the long service certificates to the employees.

Addressing the gathering, Al-Jarwan thanked the honorees for their commitment, dedication and long attachment with the Company.

"On behalf of ADMA-OPCO and myself I would like to congratulate our employees for their hard work and contributions towards the company's journey towards excellence."

ADMA-OPCO has a well-established policy of rewarding staff for their long service.  The awards are offered upon completion of 10 years of service and then after every five years to encourage motivation and recognise the loyalty and experience of the staff. The number of recipients has increased significantly over the years, which is another sign of the staff's loyalty and a clear indication of the success of the company's strategy to retain its employees.
