Dubai, UAE - Dubai Airports, operator of Dubai International and Dubai World Central, has announced the appointment of four Emiratis to executive positions in airport administration.

Mohammad Al Hamli, the erstwhile Director of HRD Planning and Design, has been appointed as Vice President of HRD Planning and Design while Mona Al Abdoli who was Director of Legal department has been appointed Vice President of Legal. Samya Ketait, who was working with the company as Vice President of Learning and Development has been appointed as Vice President of Government Excellence and National Identity, while Najla Al Ghammai has been appointed as Director of Category Management in Corporate Services. Najla has served at different positions in procurement & logistics in the Emirates Group, where she was the Regional Manager for Procurement & Logistics Airlines (Operations) before joining Dubai Airports.

"These appointments strengthen our senior management team and augment our ability to deliver our long-term strategic plan to support future growth and world-leading customer service," said Paul Griffiths, CEO of Dubai Airports.

"Mohammad, Mona, Samya and Najla bring considerable experience in their respective fields and their leadership will be vital in dealing with the challenges of managing the growth projected at DXB and DWC. These appointments are part of Dubai Airports' commitment to continuously identify and develop UAE national candidates for senior positions within the organisation and we wish them well in their new roles," he added.
