Micky Jagtiani said: “I am very happy and thankful to be welcomed to the Hall of Fame by the World Retail Congress.  Retail for me has always been more than a business, it is a way to life and it is about people who have helped me get here.  The GCC region has been my home for over 55 years, during this time I have seen it become a global powerhouse, thanks to the vision and passion of the regions leadership.”

He added: “Our business is a part of this region’s growth story and I am thankful for all the support we have received and the relationships we have built during our journey. This award encourages us to continue to pursue our vision of building value for the customer for the future.”

As Landmark, our focus is value, we value those whose lives we touch. The customer is at the heart of our business, and we change and evolve with them.

This award is recognition of our team, our people and our partners, without whom this achievement would not have been possible. It is our combined passion, commitment and ownership that has made the Group what it is today.”

She added: “I feel especially happy to receive this award in a year when the Congress is being held in Dubai, UAE. I have great appreciation for the country’s remarkable leadership, that has made Dubai the fashion and retail capital of the MENA Region.”
