UAE, Dubai - The Dubai Health Authority (DHA) announced the working hours for all DHA hospitals, primary health centers, medical fitness centers and specialty centers during the Eid Al Fitr holidays on Wednesday.

DHA Hospitals:

The Accident & Emergency Section will function as usual, however all the outpatient clinics will remain closed during the Eid Holidays— except for Hatta hospital, as it’s family medicine clinic will be open from 7:30 am to 8:30 pm during the Eid Holiday.

Hospitals and health centres, will work as per shift timings and medical practitioners will be on call to ensure work continues as usual.

The Heads of Sections/Units will ensure smooth running of their respective Sections/Units with sufficient staff coverage, while urgent operation will commence as usual.

The Administrative Offices will remain closed, but there will be a designated senior on-call staff who will be available if and when an administrative problem arises. 

Primary Healthcare Centers

If Eid Al Fitr falls on Sunday, June 25 then all centers will remain closed from Saturday 24 until Tuesday 27. Work will resume on Wednesday June 28. Al Barsha Health Center and Nad Al Hamar Center will remain open 24 hours

If Eid Al Fitr falls on Monday, June 26, all the centers will be closed from Saturday 24 until Thursday 29 and work will resume on July 1. Except for Al Lusailly Health Center, which will only be closed from June 24- 27 and open for five hours from 8am to 1pm from 28 June to 29 June. Al Barsha Health Center and Nad Al Hamar Center will remain open 24 hours

Medical fitness Centres

If Eid Al Fitr falls on Sunday, June 25, all the centers will be closed from Saturday 24 until Tuesday 27. Work will resume on Wednesday June 28.

If Eid Al Fitr Falls on Monday June 26, all the centers will be closed from Saturday 24 until Thursday 29 and work will resume on July 2—except for Al Muhaisnah Medical Fitness Center, which will resume work on July 1.

Specialty Centers

Dubai Diabetes Center will remain closed during the Eid Al Fitr Holiday.

Dubai Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Center will remain closed during the Eid Al Fitr Holiday.
