UAE - Mubasher: The UAE banks' investments went up by 0.35% month-on-month to about AED 455.8 billion by the end of December 2020, compared to AED 454.2 billion in the year-ago period.

The UAE banks have invested around AED 290.5 billion in debt securities by the end of December 2020, up from AED 284.9 billion in November 2020, according to the latest data by the Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE).

Meanwhile, the UAE banks have decreased their investments in stocks by AED 100 million in December 2020, when compared to the earlier month.
