RIYADH — The Saudi Ports Authority (MAWANI) has issued the first unified license for a foreign investor, as a valid license to practice the activities of the maritime agencies in all Authority's Saudi ports.

This unprecedented step comes after an approval was given by the Board of Directors of the Saudi Ports Authority for the General Regulations of Licenses and Regulations for operating the activities of maritime agencies and the activities of ship suppliers except fuel, according to terms and conditions set in regulations.

These regulations would provide services for clients and beneficiaries from Saudi ports and come in line with the programs of Kingdom's Vision 2030. — SPA
