AMMAN - HE Dr. Talal Abu Ghazaleh, chairman and founder of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global (TAG.Global), and Mr. Maher Santarissy, managing director of Founder Institute Jordan, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to provide competitive and unique services to public and private institutions, as well as to projects and pioneering ideas worldwide. 

 TAG.Global’s cooperation, through its member firm Talal Abu-Ghazaleh for Digital Transformation with Founder Institute Jordan -- based in Silicon Valley California, USA-- aims to provide opportunities for ambitious entrepreneurs to achieve their vision of building impactful technology-enabled companies worldwide.

According to the MoU, Talal Abu-Ghazaleh for Digital Transformation Company, and Founder Institute will provide full services of Corporate Innovation to rapidly deploy corporate accelerators, create innovation capital, and future protection against business disruption.  The offered services are designed to meet all business needs, including digital transformation and leading consulting services. They also provide tools and business strategies to enable successful institutional innovation, in addition to IT, security, legal and intellectual property services, through a structured methodology designed by international experts specialized in each field.

Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh expressed his happiness with the agreement, pointing out that this cooperation is strategic and the first of its kind in the Arab region. At the same time, the MoU comes as part of TAG.Global’s professional services in the areas of digital and entrepreneurial transformation, innovation and intellectual property protection.

For his part, Mr. Santarissy affirmed that the Founder Institute Jordan, through this promising cooperation, seeks to empower talented and motivated individuals to build technology-enabled businesses that positively affect the region, and even the world, through entrepreneurship, regardless of their geographical location, background or age.
