Riyadh –   Saudi Arabia told the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) that it had raised its oil production a little more than 10 million barrels per day (bpd) in the previous month, an informed source stated.

The kingdom has exceeded its stake of output cuts in an OPEC-led oil supply pact, Reuters reported on Monday.

In April, Saudi crude oil output hit 9.868 million bpd, down from OPEC’s target estimated at 10.058 million bpd.
